“Last year, we passed the demonstration of the new rice variety Wuyunyan No. 24 in our cooperative demonstration planted more than 100 acres, and the per mu output was 50 kg higher. This year we will promote it comprehensively. We are in contact with the seed department and we will supply it in February and March. We must make a contract," said Li Dejian. In addition to the new varieties, on the basis of full implementation of precision quantitative cultivation techniques in cooperatives, staff training should be strengthened this spring to further increase the "scientific and technological contribution rate" of food production.
